Failure(?)

People in my circle always worried about underperforming at work, afraid of their co-workers’ criticism. Sometimes we worry about our so-called failure because our mind is programmed to think that specific situation is the opposite of success. We need to change our mindset. Our paths are different, even though in some sense we do go through similar hardships. Our journey to change our mindset is going to be different.
