Read someone's mind

We all have our difficulties. It is like when I looked into his eyes that I could understand him, it was as if I could read his thoughts. It is a strange feeling to think that you can understand someone's heart and at the same moment a thought crosses your mind and you get an intriguing feeling all by yourself, and then you think to yourself "how it can be that I understand this person when I don't know him at all". Sometimes I get this feeling and I don't the reason for it. As long as I have known myself, I've always tried to analyze everyone, to understand everyone's heart, but I couldn't really do it, I always failed miserably.
